Specific Development
Any development of a commercial nature within the Town of Crawford is required to go through the Town Council for permission
Subdividing
Crawford Town Council approval is needed when any proposed land division is planned (minor, major or no-impact). The Council will required a plan drawing giving specific location of utilities, easements, and access.
